Injection moulding manufacturing, Recycleable, Sustainable

Mission

We really do believe in visual carbon - Made in Germany

Sample CFRTP surface

Manufactured with a thermoplastic matrix exactly optimised to your needs

Injection moulding is relieable even in large quantities. Including clips and domes etc.

Class1 Surface either painted or as-is out of the mould with etched structure in matte etc.. Sagging on the surface due to the carbon weave is a thing of the past. Due to the thermoplastic matrix finally real recycling is possible! As we reuse our production "waste".

The thermoplastic matrix opens up whole new options

Customised characteristics are possible by hybridising the matrix with different materials

Manufacturing

Integrated Manufacturing - sustainable

Products

We do manufacture composites, love the out of the box solutions, which is our hearts desire.

Quality

Management System acc. to DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2015

Quality

Automotive quality

Our team follows standardized processes acc. ISO 9001

We do optimize our processes based on customers feedback on a continous base. Following our approach the IMS is cloud based as a wiki used throughout the team.
To measure we do use conventional measuring methods and a 3D-coordinate measuring machine as well as product specific measuring equipment.
These are i.e. a stabilizer measure bench or an adhesion gauge. With partners we cover tensile tests, DSC-measuring or other endurance tests.
our up to date certificate ISO 9001:2015. TÜV Nord 9001

Our team

We do like to work in autonomous self-organizing teams. Develop highly innovative technologies and products. By listening to our customers products evolve, which are really needed and not what we think is needed. With an agile manufacturing we can act pretty fast.
